Refund Policy

This policy explains how charges, approvals, and refunds work for services and products offered through Project Preservation.

When You Are Charged

A temporary authorization may appear on your payment method when you submit an order. You are charged only once a licensed provider reviews your information, approves treatment, and issues a prescription. If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for the medication.

Consultation & Review Fees

Fees for clinical consultation or review cover the provider's time and evaluation. Because these services are rendered upon review, consultation and review fees are generally non-refundable once the review has taken place.

Compounded Prescription Medications

Compounded medications are prepared specifically for you. For safety and legal reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, reused, or refunded once they have been dispensed or shipped, except where a pharmacy or fulfillment error, or a product defect, has occurred.

Order or Pharmacy Errors

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective order, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery. We will coordinate with the pharmacy to arrange a correction, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge. Verified billing errors are refunded.

Subscriptions & Refills

If you are enrolled in a recurring plan, you may cancel future refills by contacting our concierge team before the next fulfillment date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund medication already dispensed or shipped.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a billing concern, contact us at hello@projectpreservation.health or (737) 377-9960 with your name and order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
