Compounded Medications

Products made available through Project Preservation include compounded prescription medications prepared by licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are prescribed by a licensed provider when determined to be clinically appropriate for an individual patient, and are dispensed only with a valid prescription following a clinical evaluation.

Prescription Required

All prescription products require a prescription issued by a licensed provider following a clinical evaluation. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a prescription medication without a valid prescription.

Not Evaluated by the FDA

Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any statements about potential benefits are based on preliminary research and should not be considered definitive.

Individual Results Vary

Responses to treatment differ from person to person. No specific result is promised or guaranteed. Any testimonials or before-and-after examples reflect individual experiences and are not a prediction of your results.

Safe Use

Use products only as prescribed and directed by your provider. Do not exceed recommended use, and do not share your medication with others. Keep medications out of the reach of children. Tell your provider about all medications, supplements, and health conditions before starting treatment.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience side effects or an adverse reaction, stop use and contact your provider or seek medical attention. For serious or life-threatening symptoms, call 911. Please also notify our concierge team so we can coordinate with the prescribing provider and pharmacy.

Third-Party Manufacturing & Pharmacies

Project Preservation is not a manufacturer or pharmacy. Medications are compounded and dispensed by licensed pharmacies and sourced from third-party manufacturers. We will facilitate communication with the pharmacy or manufacturer regarding any product issue, defect, or adverse reaction.
