Submit a request through our access page. We review every submission personally. This is an access granted based on readiness and availability. We want to ensure all clients are receiving proper attention and care.
There is no membership or subscription fee. You pay for your protocol, that's it. Your concierge access is included because we are on this journey together now.
Project Preservation is currently available to Texas residents only. We are actively expanding. If you are outside Texas, submit your request and we will notify you when access opens in your state.
Once approved, you will receive your intake form by email. It covers your health history, goals, and lifestyle. Your provider reviews it alongside our supervising physician before building your protocol.
We move quickly. Once your prescription is approved, it is dispatched from our compounding pharmacy. We work exclusively with quality, FDA-registered pharmacies and prioritize fast turnaround. Delivery times vary by location, but we do not sit on orders.
Every prescription is reviewed and approved by our supervising physician before anything is dispensed.
Our protocols are compounded medications prepared by FDA-registered pharmacies based on individual prescriptions. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved in the same manner as commercially manufactured drugs, but are prepared under strict quality and regulatory standards.
Yes. Many of our protocols are designed to stack. Your provider will recommend combinations based on your goals and health profile. Nothing ships without clinical review.
Your intake form tells us everything we need. Your provider reviews it and builds a protocol specific to your goals, not a template pulled from a menu.
Once you are in, you have direct access to our concierge team for questions, adjustments, and refill support. This is a text line available to our clients.
Use the Refill Request form on our site. Your provider reviews and confirms before your order is dispatched from the pharmacy. You can also reach us directly at (737) 377-9960 or hello@project.preservation.health.
Reach out through your concierge line. Protocol adjustments are handled by your provider and reviewed before any changes are made. We do not make adjustments without clinical sign-off.
Most of our protocols are administered via subcutaneous injection, which means a small needle just under the skin. It sounds more intimidating than it is. Most clients are comfortable within their first or second dose. Your concierge team is available to walk you through it.
Yes. Your order ships with everything you need to administer your protocol, including syringes, needles, and any necessary supplies. If you prefer a different needle or did not receive enough, reach out to your concierge line.
Subcutaneous injections are administered just beneath the skin, typically in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Here is the general process:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling any supplies.
2. Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab and allow it to dry completely.
3. Draw the prescribed amount from your vial using the syringe provided.
4. Pinch a small fold of skin at the injection site.
5. Insert the needle at a 45 to 90 degree angle, depending on the amount of tissue.
6. Inject slowly and steadily, then withdraw the needle.
7. Apply light pressure with a clean swab. Do not rub.
Rotate your injection sites to avoid irritation. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to your concierge team directly.
That is completely normal. Most first-time clients feel that way. The needle is very small and the injection is shallow. Once you have done it once or twice, it becomes routine. Your concierge team is available to walk you through your first dose if you need support.
Peptide vials should be refrigerated between 36 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit and kept away from light. Do not freeze your vials. Your order will include specific storage instructions for your protocol. When in doubt, reach out to your concierge team.
Do not panic. Our peptide vials are shelf stable for a number of days at room temperature, so a brief period outside of refrigeration does not automatically mean your vial is compromised. However, prolonged exposure to heat or light can degrade the peptide over time. If you are unsure, reach out to your concierge team and we will advise based on your specific protocol.
